Manifest Your Desires
Saturday, February 22, 2025 • 9:30 am-3 pm / Cost: $197
Limited to 12 participants
Manifest the Life You Want and Take Action!
Do you:
Struggle with wanting to change, but fall back into the same old habits?
Say, “Maybe next year …” and all of a sudden it's a decade later
Limit yourself because you can’t see how to make your dream a reality?
Want to use your gifts and talents, but settle for mediocrity?
Where our focus goes, our energy flows!
Direct your thoughts and influence your perceptions, circumstances, and relationships to attract what YOU want instead of tolerating what you must. Our brains are wired to avoid change and perceive it as a threat, which can stop us from taking risks and inhibit our higher thinking. We often opt for instant gratification and the path of least resistance.
We can learn and change to use whole-brain thinking. Instead of functioning on autopilot, we can increase awareness and be intentional with our thoughts.
During this “Ladies Only” retreat, we will use action boards that represent your inspirations and aspirations to identify your innermost dreams and represent them pictorially. When you set an intention and create steps to take action, your desires and dreams become your reality.
Prepare to dream bigger and manifest the life you’ve always wanted!
Location: Littleton, CO
Address will be provided upon registration. Lunch, beverages, and supplies included.

Group Facilitation
Working with Healthcare professionals, Coaches, Therapists, and Spiritual Care providers
Katherine has an inspirational approach to facilitation that stimulates the group without guiding or dictating a solution. By leveraging questioning and promoting courageous conversations, she challenges thinking and makes it safe to explore new possibilities with curiosity. She invites and celebrates diverse perspectives and thinking.
Katherine uses human-centered design methods to stimulate reflection, encourage participation, and institute behavioral change. She is adaptive and enjoys following the dynamic and energy in the room rather than sticking to a rigid agenda or plan. Being a room-reader, she creates a safe environment for even participation amongst all team members, making the implicit explicit. Her focus, clear goals, time boxing, and high standards keep the group accountable for achieving whichever goals are the highest priority for the session.
“Katherine was a terrific facilitator for our leadership team retreat. She struck the perfect balance between providing structure and supporting the way our conversation organically progressed. She provided prompts that helped us achieve our goals for the retreat, and she took notes so we could stay fully present to each other. If you have an opportunity to meet in person on her property, take it!! The yurt is an amazing space that helped us step out of everyday mode and into more conscious dialogue with each other. Thank you, Katherine, for being such an amazing host and facilitator!”
