Working with Katherine
The first step in coaching is to sign up for an Introductory Session to become acquainted and see if we are a good fit.
When we work together, I’m available between sessions to answer questions and to provide support along the way. We work during coaching sessions, but most of the work is what happens between the sessions. I get to know you and help you know yourself better through seeing patterns you’re repeating and stories you are telling yourself. I help customize tools and practices that help you shift thought patterns and create thoughts and actions that serve you better. You’ll develop new insights and ways of being to align with your authentic self. Transformation is really possible. I believe in you until you believe in yourself.
Coaching sessions are a short-term commitment. They are meant to be finite. We develop goals and intentions and move you toward them with actionable steps. Coaching is powerful and works in a short period of time. It takes you from where you are now to where you want to be.
